Account & Access
How do I create an account?
Open Sign up, enter your details and verify your email using the code we send you. You can then sign in and choose your trade.
How can I reset my password?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Enter your account email and follow the verification-code steps to set a new password. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive.
How do I access my purchased courses?
Sign in with the email used for your purchase and open My Courses. If you have a subscription and have not chosen a trade yet, use Select your trade. Contact us if your access is missing.
Free Trial & Subscriptions
How does the free trial work?
The free trial gives you 7 days to try up to 20 questions for your selected trade. Sign in and open Free Trial to get started. Full question-bank access requires a purchase or active subscription.
What is included in each subscription plan?
- Essential: Get your prep started with the full trade question bank and every answer explained. Billed monthly · renews until you cancel.
- Plus: Three full months to work through every block and walk into exam day with confidence. Billed every 3 months · renews until you cancel.
- Premium: Six months of prep plus timed full exam simulations built on the official Red Seal blueprint. Billed every 6 months · renews until you cancel.

Can I change my subscription plan?
Plan and trade changes are not available as self-service actions. Contact support with your account email and the change you need, and we will review your request.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Billing & Subscription in your dashboard and use the cancellation option. Cancellation stops automatic renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. You can also manage payment details through the billing portal linked there.
Studying & Exam Preparation
How do exam simulations work?
Timed simulations follow your trade’s official block blueprint. Start a simulation from the dashboard, answer within the time limit, and review your results and block-level performance afterward. Full exam simulations are included with Premium; check your plan for access.
How can I track my study progress?
Your dashboard and Analytics show answered questions, accuracy and progress by block. Use these results to identify topics that need more practice, and return to your course to continue studying.
Are the practice questions specific to my trade?
Yes. Each trade has its own question bank organized by its blocks and tasks. Choose your trade in your dashboard to study the relevant content.
How can I report an incorrect question?
Use the report option on the question to describe a wrong answer, typo or unclear explanation. You can also select “Study Content & Questions” in the form below and include the trade, question text or reference, and an optional screenshot.
